It was a “beautiful day” for one member of Ireland’s most famous rock band. Until this week, the iconic Irish group was only three-fourth Irish. Guitarist David Howell Evans—better known as the Edge—was actually born in England to Welsh parents and never held an Irish citizenship even though he’s lived in Ireland since he was one.
